Uhamiri and Urashi or Ogbuide na Orashi are one of the many divine marine couples in Igbo spirituality. In Oguta / Ugwuta Lake in Igboland, Ogbuide/Uhammiri is green in color, while Orashi/Urashi is gold or light brown in color. The totem of Urashi is Crocodile, while the totem of Uhammiri is the python.
