Aka Ete / Nne Ete is the mother goddess of primordial creation. In Afa Igbo, her name means primal vibration or pure vibration. She is the primordial custodian of the ocean, sea, and rivers in the very beginning of time and before time. She is Sirius B (Ogbolodo). She is Ezenwanyi Nwe Mmiri or Nne Mmiri, which is known as Mami Wata in broken English. Ezenwanyi is part of Uwa Achiko Teghete Mmuo, which are the nine groups of energy forces governing our universe. In Igbo Astrology, she is a representation of the Scorpio constellation.
